Terms and Conditions

* PLEASE NOTE: All activities subject to change and weather conditions.

The Organisers, their owners, executives, servants, officers and Sponsors DO NOT accept any responsibility or liability of any nature whatsoever or wheresoever, in respect of any damage to, or theft from any vehicle or loss of property regardless of how such damage or loss may have occurred, whether by negligence or not.

All participants of any activity at the 'NEW MINI DAY' and/or Wicksteed Park, take part in such activity at their own risk.

Young people under the age of 17 years MUST be accompanied by an appropriate supervising adult and will not be allowed to participate in any activity not considered suitable for a person of such age.

Refusal by any Official to allow any person to participate in any activity shall be binding.

The Organisers reserve the right to reject entry to the event, or eject from the event, any person or persons not acting in a responsible manner, or those causing a nuisance to others.

The Organisers and/or Wicksteed Park management team will NOT allow any person to participate in any activity they suspect may be under the influence of Drugs or Excessive Alcohol Consumption.

CANCELLATIONS. Trade Stands may be cancelled up to one month before the event. Cancellations within one month of NEW MINI DAY shall not receive any refund whatsoever. Any cancellation will be subject to a 25% handling charge. Visitor Advanced Purchase Tickets will not receive any refund whatsoever at any time.

Each Trade Stand exhibitor will be required to have their own display facilities and will be required to hold Public Liability Insurance for a minimum of £5 million for the event. If you do not hold Public Liability Insurance, please contact us for details. Proof of Public Liability Insurance Cover will be required at least before 14 days before the show date. Traders are NOT permitted to sub-let or give freely, any part of their Trade Stand space to any other person, either individual or corporate. All Traders shall be responsible to pay for their own Trade Stand. Trade Stand space not taken up by a trader may be allocated to the neighbouring trader, who has paid for their own stand space, if appropriate and by agreement of Taylor Made Events Management Team.
