Market Place.
In The Market Place we are inviting Clubs and Private
Individuals to take a stand at the NEW MINI DAY Market Place.
Whatever MINI Stuff you have, you
can sell it in The Market Place, be it Classic Mini bits and pieces to NEW BMW MINI stuff, from mats
to Superchargers, keyrings to fluffy dice. Everybody
loves a good rummage and the prospect of grabbing a bargain
The
Market Place will have a dedicated area all of it's own and you are encouraged to erect a 3 metre x 3 metre gazebo
to create your own Market Traders Stand. A 3 metre x 3 metre space is available to MINI Clubs and the general public for just £25
on top of your ticket price. (advance bookings only). Remember, the venue is Wicksteed Park which attracts over 1 million
visitors to the theme park every year!
Only one pitch may be purchased per booking and this must be indicated
on your booking form along with payment.
MINI Clubs may
purchase one pitch next to their club stand or in The Market Place. Clubs are urged to display a banner of
some kind with the club name/logo
NB: Traders are not permitted to use our Auto jumble village pitches designed for MINI Clubs and general
members of the public. No trader advertising is permitted on public pitches. Car boot sale rules then apply. Traders abusing
this facility will be asked to leave the Park by Security.

NO SELLING OF COUNTERFEIT GOODS
Taylor Made Events and NEW MINI DAY is working with Trading Standards and the BPI in identifying
and reporting such sellers.
Counterfeit
goods extends to clothes, cosmetics, jewellery etc, not just CDs and DVDs.
IT'S ILLEGAL TO SELL
It's not just counterfeit stuff that is
illegal at Jumble Sales. You can be arrested for attempting to sell any guns, knives, weapons, tobacco, fireworks.
Anybody attempting to sell such items at the NEW MINI DAY Market Place may be reported and removed from the venue.
All Market Place sellers
should be aware that car boot / jumble sale style venues now regulary attract interest from HM Customs and Excise,
Police and Fraud Squads.
